Every viewing will be text and emailed to you, with the buyers name, the time of the viewing and the member of staff that has arranged it for you, this we feel gives a more personal approach whether the negotiator is to accompany the viewing or you are meeting the buyer yourself. This also eliminates any confusion over appointments.
After every viewing the applicant will be chased for feedback, we use this feedback to make your home more saleable, if there’s a reason that it’s not selling, we’ll soon find it.
We can provide a full vendor report at the touch of a button with the amount of website hits, viewings and detailed and accurate feedback to keep you up to date on a weekly basis.
We have a separate progression department, here we aim to get you to an exchange of contracts as soon as possible yet in conjunction with your related purchase if need be and again keep you informed throughout the whole process.
