Key Responsibilities: • Oversee all aspects of property management, including maintenance coordination and landlord/tenant relations • Conduct routine property inspections to ensure standards are maintained • Ensure compliance with all legal and safety requirements, including certificate and documentation checks • Maintain accurate records using Veco (Eurolink) property management software Requirements: • Proficiency in Veco (Eurolink) is essential • Full UK driving license is required • ARLA qualification is preferred but not mandatory Salary: £30,000 – £40,000, commensurate with experience

Strong communication skills are essential, as you’ll be involved in writing captions, responding to messages, and occasionally dealing with clients. If you’ve got a good eye for design, understand how to grow an online presence, and are keen to develop your skills in social media and advertising, we’d love to hear from you. Experience with Canva or Nurtur or similar tools is a plus, but not required.
