Due to the bespoke nature of our services, when a client places an order—whether verbally, in writing, or by making payment—they are agreeing to be bound by that order. Should the Buyer wish to cancel the order, a cancellation fee will usually apply.

As a consumer, in addition to other rights, you have the right to cancel the contract and receive a refund by notifying the Seller via email at salesboxingmachine.co.uk within 7 working days of receiving the Goods.

The Goods/Services must be returned within 28 days of cancellation in their original packaging and should be adequately insured during the return journey. The Buyer will receive a refund of the full amount paid for the Goods/Services (excluding delivery charges). If the Buyer fails to return the Goods after cancellation, the Seller reserves the right to deduct the cost of recovering the Goods from the Buyer.

If the returned Goods/Services are found to be damaged due to the Buyer’s actions, the Buyer will be responsible for the cost of repairs. Refunds will not be issued solely because the Goods/Services were delivered later than expected, as each item is individual to the Buyer. Any refund, whether full or partial, will be at the company’s discretion.
